Innovation in finance is a pathway that brings the focus back to ‘value addition’ through developing capital, instead of a single-dimensional, commercial approach to development. This is a starter pack which was presented to colleagues who are my alumni, primarily engineers. While it is very basic in its concept, I hope it motivates us to work in and contribute to this growing sector.
